Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Nice CXone Engineer to join our IVR development team. You will design, build, and deploy call-flow automation using Cognigy, with integrations to NICE CXone and CRM/data sources for contextual caller experiences.

Remote in the USA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on OTP/MFA flows, GraphQL/REST integrations, and testing to ensure reliable live deployments across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL and REST API integration patterns
• Experience with authentication flows (OTP/MFA) in telephony/conversational context
• Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integration for real-time context
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles
• Experience with automation testing frameworks for IVR/conversational flows
• Ability to work within enterprise governance and ARB processes

Responsibilities

• Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy, including MVP and OTP authentication flows
• Translate caller journeys into functioning conversational flows
• Implement OTP/MFA within call flow logic
• Integrate flows with CRM data systems for personalized experiences
• Support integration with NICE CXone and coordinate with technical teams
• Participate in automation testing of call flows for quality
• Collaborate on microservices architecture and GraphQL/CCN implementations
• Support Data Lake integration for reporting/analytics
• Work within Cognigy governance, access controls, and ARB processes
• Contribute to reporting requirements as needed
