Job summary

Coventek Inc. is seeking an ITSM specialist to configure and enhance Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, collaborate with business users and stakeholders, and support end-to-end ITSM workflows. The role focuses on translating requirements into scalable solutions and maintaining platform operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ITSM experience, proficiency in JavaScript/SQL/REST, and familiarity with ITIL processes, with a preference for certification and experience in multiple ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog items, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs/JSON, workflow management, and low-code/no-code configuration principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ITSM solutions.
• Configure, customize, and enhance Ivanti workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Develop and support Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs/JSON and other supported integration methods.
• Develop service-management reporting, analytics, and dashboards; use SQL for reporting and troubleshooting; SSRS experience preferred.
