Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled ITSM specialist to configure and enhance Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. You will translate business requirements into workflows, forms, automations, dashboards, and service catalog items, coordinating with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

You'll test, deploy, document, and support operations, while leveraging ITIL practices and integrating with systems via REST/JSON. Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or Jira Service Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of hands-on ITSM configuration/development/support.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog items, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs/JSON and low-code/no-code configuration.
• Understanding ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, Service Catalog).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ITSM solutions.
• Configure Ivanti workflows, rules, forms, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop and support Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge modules.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs/JSON; troubleshoot data/workflow issues.
• Develop ITSM reporting and dashboards; use SQL/SSRS for reporting.
• Prepare technical docs: configuration guides, diagrams, release notes.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Participate in CAB and manage change requests through to closure.
• Work in Agile/CI/CD with two-week sprints; collaborate with PM/BA/QA/development.
• Perform other assignments as required.
