Wright Technical Services and our client seek an Ivanti Specialist to implement and optimize the Ivanti platform. This hands-on role involves configuring service requests, forms, workflows, and automations, with ownership from requirements through deployment and support.

The candidate will integrate Ivanti with SailPoint and AD/Entra ID, ensure security/compliance, and deliver reliable, auditable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Ivanti/enterprise service mgmt platform experience.
• Build workflows, forms, business rules, approvals, and automations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Ivanti service requests, forms, workflows, and automations.
• Own approval processes, notifications, escalations, routing, and fulfillment workflows.
• Develop and maintain service catalog offerings and self-service experiences.
