Job summary

NTT DATA in Plano, Texas seeks a Transition Specialist Advisor - ITSM to bridge sales and delivery, leading transition programs that span multiple sites and partners. You will design, manage, and execute transition plans, ensuring service delivery readiness and alignment with ITIL processes.

The role requires 10+ years of IT Service Management experience, strong project leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex programs across geographies and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager.
• Expert in ITIL - Service Management with a working knowledge of related subject areas.
• Experience managing complex services projects that include multiple products / services, third party partners and geographies.
• Advanced project management and executive-level interaction skills.
• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
• Experience within Incident management, Change management, Request management, Configuration management and SLA Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale transition projects and teams across multiple sites.
• Guide cross-functional teams on complex service delivery initiatives.
• Develop and implement master transition plans with cost and schedule control.
• Coordinate third-party partners and extended transition team.
• Mentor and coach team members throughout transition cycles.
