Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead private cloud transition programs, coordinating workload migrations, infrastructure modernization, and governance across multiple vendors.

This role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure with 5+ years in private cloud transitions, strong communication, PMP/PRINCE2 knowledge, and experience managing large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure/private cloud/enterprise technology services experience, with at least 5+ years of leading large, diverse teams.
• 5+ years of experience with private cloud transition, data center transition, consolidation, relocation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end private cloud transition and transformation execution plans for strategic, complex ITO engagements.
• Build and lead high-performing Project/Program management teams, including virtual teams and third-party contract resources.
• Own P&L for Transition & Transformation and ensure delivery within budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate program efforts among government program managers and contracted technical task performers.
• Forecast and measure performance progress and challenges.
