Job summary

NTT DATA in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Application Transition Lead to govern a portfolio of application transition initiatives tied to a large-scale acquisition carve-out. You will provide IT leadership, align business and IT ownership, and define delivery plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading or coordinating complex IT application initiatives, projects, programs, or portfolios.
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to drive delivery across multiple applications, stakeholder groups, and delivery models.
• 5+ years of strong project and program management discipline, including experience assessing and managing project plans, risks, dependencies, decisions and actions, resources, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT leadership for a portfolio of application transition and implementation initiatives.
• Ensure each application has clear ownership, defined plans, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and actions.
• Drive governance, risk management, and escalation to ensure on-time delivery and successful transitions.
• Assess readiness across business/technical requirements, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, interfaces, and environments.
• Prepare concise executive status reporting and trend analysis for stakeholders.
