Responsibilities

• Provide ITSM project management support for migration from legacy tools to enterprise solutions (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Lead lifecycle governance, process redesign, and data migration oversight.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, change management, and UAT testing.
• Manage vendor and financial governance for the migration project.
• Develop and execute decommissioning communications and schedules.
