Job summary

Rothe ARES Joint Venture, LLC seeks a Supervisor III to lead the OCIO IT Services Team on the NASA eMITS contract. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel, supporting NASA customers across centers and requiring VPN access.

You will oversee roughly 25 personnel and 10 work packages, prepare proposals and estimates, and develop monthly financial performance reports for management and NASA customers.

Job description

Rothe is seeking a Supervisor III to provide leadership and management within the IT and Information Management Services group, working remotely. The work will be in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

Serve as the Supervisor for the OCIO IT Services Team, overseeing approximately 25 personnel and 10 work packages supporting NASA customers from all NASA Centers; create proposals and estimates for work based on customer needs, as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW); develop monthly financial performance reports and effectively communicate results to NASA customers and eMITS management; and recruit, supervise, and develop talented individuals to execute assigned work packages. This position is fully remote. Occasional travel is required. The employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment, and must have a reliable internet connection and be able to VPN into the NASA network to conduct work.
