Job summary

SMC is seeking an IT Enterprise Administrator to oversee enterprise software platforms across operations. The role focuses on administration, optimization, and governance to ensure availability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of customer-facing experience in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting enterprise software platforms.
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administration of enterprise applications and platforms.
Manage approved configuration changes and system enhancements.
Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
Support platform governance and administration standards.
Participate in platform implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment support.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain system integrations and automated workflows.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support stakeholder engagement.
Create and maintain functional and process documentation; provide user training.
