Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Services department has an immediate opening for a part-time ITM Teller. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide a wide variety of TFCU services to members through virtual channels.
• Promote credit union products and services using various delivery methods.
• Assist members by offering guidance on services and current promotions.
• Greet and assist members as the face of the credit union while following procedures.
• Deliver high-quality service through video conferencing and support remote account transactions.
