Widget Financial is seeking an ITM Teller who delivers full-service member interactions and cross-sells banking products. You will handle video teller transactions, address member needs with tact, and maintain confidentiality in all records and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle video teller transactions courteously and accurately.
• Provide superior member experiences by actively listening and assessing needs and refer as appropriate. Actively cross sell and provide product guidance to members.
• Review and process members’ ATM and mobile check deposits; communicate fraud trends to relevant teams.
• Process and distribute inbound mail, including loan payments and deposits.
• Monitor ITM faults and coordinate with staff and third-party technicians for service.
• Conduct video teller transactions and provide guidance to staff as needed.

Job description

Our ITM tellers provide members with complete service while cross-selling other products and services. This person must be able to act with good judgment, courtesy, tact, patience and maintain confidentiality in the Credit Union’s records and member transactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle video teller interactions with members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Provide superior member experiences by actively listening to and assessing the needs of the members and refer as appropriate. Actively cross sell and provide product guidance to members.

• Reviewand process members’ ATM and mobile check deposit submissions. Communicate closely with the Fraud Prevention Coordinator, Contact Center Representatives, ITM Tellers, Operations Center Manager, and Operations and Processing Manager Director suspect submissions, instances of fraud, and trends in fraud.
• Process and distribute inbound mail, including, but not limited to, loan payments, account deposits and other inbound mail.
• Monitor ITM faults, communicate with branch staff and dispatch third party technical service provider for troubleshooting and service as needed.
• Conduct video teller transactions and provide guidance to staff as needed.
