Job summary

Candidates should have at least 12 months of financial institution or cash handling experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months financial institution or cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proficient in Symitar and Synapsys CRM; comfortable with PC tools.

Responsibilities

• Represents the credit union to members in a courteous, professional manner across in-branch, video, mail, or phone channels.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash daily.
• Receive loan payments and verify endorsements; enter into the system.
• Provide basic account information and cross-sell products as directed.
• Follow Apple FCU policies, participate in required training, and adhere to BSA regulations.
• Input and track member activity in Synapsys CRM; route referrals as needed.
• Assist with ITM and remote teller operations and educate members on usage.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all teller duties.
