Apple Federal Credit Union seeks an enthusiastic Member Service One to deliver high-quality service across in-branch, video, mail, or phone channels. You will process transactions, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and help members with loans and product inquiries.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to cross-sell PSOs while adhering to Apple FCU policies. Training includes Interactive Teller and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum (12) months financial institution or cash handling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and member/customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a remote teller environment.
• Proficient in Symitar for posting teller transactions and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the credit union to members in person, via video, mail, or telephone with courteous, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers accurately; balance cash daily.
• Receive loan payments and verify endorsements and negotiability.
• Provide basic information on loans and share products; cross-sell opportunities through PSO referrals.
• Enter and track member activity in the Synapsys CRM and coordinate with branch staff.
• Maintain knowledge of ITM and remote ATM operations; assist members remotely as needed.
• Follow all Apple FCU policies and complete required training including Interactive Teller and branch training.
