Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Ashburn, VA is hiring for a Regular Full-Time Teller/Member Service Associate. You will perform teller transactions, assess financial needs, and promote banking products while delivering friendly, professional service to members.

Under supervision, you will input loan data, open accounts, and support members with online/mobile services. The role emphasizes accurate, compliant service and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Experience - Minimum two (2) years' experience in lending or branch operations.
Education - High school diploma.
Interpersonal skills - Excellent positive member/customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in teller systems and banking software (Symitar, Synapsys MRM, Akcelerant).

Responsibilities

Proactively greet members and assist with branch visits.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash daily.
Input loan applications and documents into systems for underwriting.
Provide product recommendations and cross-sell services.
Open deposit accounts and assist with online/mobile services.
