Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for Data Centre programs in a remote US setting. The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines through direct and indirect sourcing, market mapping, and proactive talent pool development.

You will collaborate with hiring partners to align sourcing with workforce plans, ensure timely, high-quality candidates, and continually refine sourcing strategies across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identifies channels and strategies to source candidates meeting client requirements.
• Defines and implements sourcing strategies to build talent pools for specific candidate profiles.
• Develops and optimizes broad sourcing channels to improve candidate quantity and quality.
• Monitors the effectiveness of the sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
• Supports clients by developing compelling employee value propositions and incorporating them into sourcing strategy.
