CTG is seeking an IT Transition Manager for a remote, 3-month engagement. You will manage transition planning, execution, schedules, risks, and deliverables, validating plans with project teams and coordinating knowledge transfer to ensure continuity of IT services.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required, with experience in ITIL, IT service delivery, and governance. The base salary ranges from $37.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a competitive benefits package.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
