You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs, ensure data integrity, and maintain privacy compliance while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams to sustain a high-quality support ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with ≥2 years IT operations experience.
• Active HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Knowledge of IT workflows and healthcare applications.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
