Responsibilities

• Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through cold calling and outreach.
• Demonstrate strong cold-calling and communication skills to understand profiles.
• Review resumes to identify candidates matching required skills and job specifications.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and shortlist suitable profiles for further evaluation.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Work with HR to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely updates.
• Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers in Microsoft Excel.
• Support the team in achieving daily recruitment and engagement goals.
