Magna5 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top technical talent across the United States. This full-time, remote role collaborates with hiring managers to set realistic requirements and manages the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer.

You will leverage LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other tools to build pipelines, screen candidates, and keep candidates informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical and/or human resources field.
• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, with technical recruiting a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of recruiting laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand needs and fill roles.
• Develops job specifications and descriptions for open positions.
• Drafts job descriptions and interview questions using modern recruiting tools.
