Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
