The role requires collaborating with multiple departments, troubleshooting tech issues, and documenting processes to improve efficiency and productivity. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT analysis experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of information systems and business processes.
• Experience with system design and implementation.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Knowledge of network and server administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of current systems and processes to identify improvements.
