Job summary

Epic Kids seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to run daily IT operations, maintain audit-ready controls, and support a global engineering team. You will own identity, endpoint, network, and SaaS administration, partner with security and people ops on onboarding, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.

This fully remote, US-based role requires hands-on implementation of SSO, MFA, device provisioning, and policy-driven access across Google Workspace and enterprise apps, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration or IT operations with hands-on identity, endpoint, network, and app administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity and access across Google Workspace and core apps.
• Evolve identity stack: SSO, lifecycle automation, and tooling.
• Manage user lifecycle from hire to exit.
• Run periodic access reviews and remediate issues.
• Enforce MFA and device security baselines.
• Oversee device provisioning and zero-touch deployment.
• Manage network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness.
• Produce evidence for IT controls and audits.
• Document IT procedures and runbooks.
• Collaborate on policy rollout and security awareness training.
