11400 Information Systems is seeking an Application Analyst to support Epic Security and provisioning. The role focuses on user/provider onboarding, security maintenance, and ensuring timely access to Epic applications in a fully remote setting with occasional on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools for analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of system analysis and documentation practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and translate technical requirements into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Security operations including access provisioning and onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Epic security components and master files.
• Analyze access needs and translate requirements into appropriate Epic access.
• Participate in security build, testing, migration, validation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Epic teams and stakeholders to resolve access issues.
• Maintain documentation for security decisions and configurations.
• Engage in on-call, incident response, and project activities as needed.
• Develop training and knowledge materials for peers and end-users.
