Providence is seeking an IS Applications Epic Security Analyst for a remote role. You will administer Epic security, user and provider records, control access through RBAC, and support onboarding and data governance across Epic environments.

Ideal candidates bring Epic accreditation, 4+ years of related experience, and 3 years in healthcare IS. You will partner with IT, clinical teams, and project groups to ensure go-live readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare IS experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure appropriate access.
• Manage role-based security provisioning, onboarding, and data imports across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot access issues, improve processes, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support enterprise information services.
