Job summary

Providence is seeking an IS Applications Epic Security Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will administer Epic security, manage user/provider records, and ensure proper access while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with IAM, the Service Desk, and project teams to optimize processes and support testing and go-live readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Epic security, onboarding, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or equivalent.
• Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare IS experience.
• Epic experience and security/access management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Epic security, user and provider records to ensure proper access.
• Support onboarding, data imports, and record maintenance across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with IAM, Service Desk, and project teams to improve access governance and onboarding processes.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations in Epic deployments.
