Job summary

7Seventy is seeking an IT Administrator to manage internal technology operations in a fully remote role in the United States. You will handle Google Workspace, SaaS apps, employee access, and IT assets, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with scalable, documented onboarding/offboarding and device management processes.

Working with the Senior Security Engineer, you will implement daily controls to support security, privacy, and compliance in a telehealth environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT administration experience.
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration in a business setting.
• Experience administering SaaS apps and managing user accounts.
• Experience implementing or administering MDM and endpoint management.
• Strong identity, access management and lifecycle control knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer organization-wide technology platforms including Google Workspace and SaaS apps.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and configurations.
• Document IT systems, processes, and recurring procedures.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning for staff and contractors.
• Manage company hardware lifecycle and remote device logistics.
• Provide internal IT support and resolve device or app issues.
• Partner with Security Engineer to maintain compliant IT controls.
• Lead migrations and deployments of technology solutions.
