Job summary

You will manage end-user IT support, systems administration, identity management, and the lifecycle of hardware and software while partnering with leaders to improve automation, security, and reliability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT administration and operations experience.
• Proven ability to support a broad employee technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, MFA, SSO, and least-privilege.
• Experience administering cloud productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Strong vendor-management skills and cost-conscious budgeting.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate tech risks for leadership.
• Experience in security controls, backup/recovery, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for employee IT support and troubleshooting.
• Own onboarding/offboarding and ensure equipment and system access provisioning.
• Configure and support laptops, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
• Establish vendor management, procurement, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Develop service standards and escalation procedures for IT support.
• Administer core platforms, access, and licenses with IAM and MFA.
