Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and own the delivery of assigned customer programs from planning through closeout. You will coordinate Engineering, Production, Operations, Finance, and Client Success to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

This remote role requires up to 25% travel to support engagements and program execution. You will mentor junior PMs, manage complex schedules and contracts, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of program or project management experience, including at least three years leading complex technical programs across multiple functions.
• Experience delivering aerospace, defense, unmanned systems, robotics, or related hardware/software programs from planning through customer acceptance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature the PMO with standardized processes, governance, reporting, and tools.
• Lead and mentor junior Project Managers, develop planning, scheduling, risk, and execution skills.
• Oversee complex programs with integrated schedules, budgets, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate proposals, execution assumptions, and transition from award to delivery.
• Translate contract requirements into coordinated engineering, production, test, and delivery plans.
• Own program financial performance including budgets, costs, forecasts, and margins.
• Lead customer reviews, communicate progress and risks, and resolve delivery issues.
