Job summary

Ignite Reading seeks a Systems Associate to support the day-to-day operation and administration of internal technology and business systems. You will handle routine IT requests, provide frontline HubSpot support, and manage access across core tools.

You will investigate issues, document work, and carry security/compliance tasks to completion, escalating when needed. The role emphasizes self-service documentation and cross-functional collaboration in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Startup or hyper-growth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requests through help desk workflows from intake to resolution.
• Troubleshoot routine account, access, and systems issues across core tools.
• Research and implement solutions using documentation and vendor resources.
• Document work performed and communicate with requesters.
• Escalate complex issues after initial investigation.
• Develop IT resources, guides, and self-service docs.
• Provide frontline support for HubSpot and connected tools, including data hygiene and security practices.
• Assist with data audits and CRM security reviews with IT leadership.
• Perform user lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, access changes).
• Maintain accurate system records for IT, HR, security, and compliance.
• Complete security and compliance activities per policies.
