Job summary

AmpiFire, a software-powered content marketing platform, is hiring for a hands-on operations engineer who will own automation across CRM, reporting, and partner integrations. You will ship end-to-end improvements from ideation to production, owning outcomes rather than specs.

You’ll work autonomously in a fully remote team of about 70 people, report to the Director of Operations, and collaborate with our CEO on key projects. Expect rapid iteration, async collaboration, and a culture that ships.

Responsibilities

• Migrate our meeting booking flow onto native HubSpot forms and standardise forms across the site.
• Standardise how we segment in HubSpot, so reporting and routing run off one structure.
• Connect Google Search Console, GA4 and Merchant Center to Claude, so our client account team gets analysis and alerts automatically.
• Automate the repetitive work across client account management and sales.
• Improve what our lead emails produce. Measured on clicks and replies, not on sends.
• Systematise how we run content audits, so the standard lives in the process.
• Automate the operations behind our partnerships and JV work.
• Take over management and development of one of our products, currently sitting with our CEO.
