Job summary

Bright!Tax is seeking a DigOps professional to own the systems backbone, becoming our HubSpot admin and enabling light automation across key tools. You will resolve internal tickets and implement fixes rather than just flag issues.

You'll work in a remote-first, globally distributed team, documenting processes and improving workflows while supporting onboarding/offboarding tasks and general DigOps duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, with strong written and oral communication.
• Development or scripting skills or experience using AI tools to automate repetitive work.
• Detail oriented; can document processes clearly for others.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote distributed team.
• Willingness to learn new tools in a changing environment.
• Proactive to propose improvements and solutions.
• Experience with AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scripts or integrations to automate work across HubSpot, Soraban, and Google Workspace.
• Administer HubSpot: permissions, custom properties, workflows, and integrations (Soraban).
• Triage and resolve internal support tickets; close process gaps with fixes.
• Identify ticket patterns and document process improvements to prevent repeats.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for workflows and troubleshooting.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding: account setup, access provisioning, file handovers.
• Provide general DigOps support for day-to-day tools.
