Job summary

Swooped is seeking a full-time IT Systems Administrator to operate the day-to-day IT environment for a distributed workforce in the United States. You will support ~230 team members across macOS and Windows, handle onboarding/offboarding, administer the SaaS stack, and maintain assets with runbooks and SOC 2/CMMC readiness in a fast-moving setting.

As an individual contributor, you will resolve Tier 2 escalations, work under the IT Operations Lead, and continually enhance support delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with macOS and Windows.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Entra ID user/group administration, SSO and MFA.
• Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues on macOS and Windows.
• Manage Jira Service Management queue and SLAs.
• Administer endpoint fleet with Intune, Jamf, Datto RMM.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, licenses, and assets.
• Produce inventories and SOX/CMMC compliance reports.
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Script onboarding/offboarding and reporting tasks.
