Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in applicable, accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Handle user problems via phone or web tickets.
• Do basic troubleshooting for customers using provided tools.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Attend team meetings and communicate issues that arise appropriately.
• Work under immediate supervision.
• Other duties as assigned by the help desk manager.
