IronEdge Group, LTD is seeking an IT Support Technician for a remote role open to applicants in TX, NM, AZ, CO or KS. The position focuses on front-line IT support, troubleshooting servers and network systems, and dispatching to client sites as needed.

Applicants will interact with users at all levels and may train others. A CJIS fingerprint-based background check is required, with potential disqualifiers for certain offenses. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Tier 1 IT support role.
• Experience creating and using written technical documentation.
• Strong problem solving with long-term stability focus.
• Experience with ticketing and remote access systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot servers and network systems; resolve software and peripheral issues.
• Dispatch to client sites as needed and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
