You will support Windows and macOS, printers, networks, surveillance systems, and VoIP platforms, delivering clear guidance to non-technical users.

You’ll join a small team with real responsibility, working across diverse technologies and ensuring timely ticket closure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems for customers over the phone and via remote access tools
• Support Windows and macOS systems including hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assist with network, printer, surveillance, and VoIP troubleshooting remotely
• Document all work clearly in ticketing systems and follow up until issues are closed
• Communicate technical information clearly and patiently to non-technical users
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to confirm resolution
• Monitor and respond to alerts from remote monitoring and management (RMM) software
• Support onboarding of new client systems and perform routine maintenance tasks remotely
