Job summary

Flagler Technologies, LLC, a leading MSP, is hiring a Technical Support Team Lead for a dedicated customer environment. The role is full‑time and remote, supporting a Jacksonville, FL client base with emphasis on leadership and high‑quality IT service delivery.

You will guide a dedicated team, manage escalations, and coordinate with customers and engineers to ensure timely, effective resolutions across Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and MFA environments.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting system infrastructure and networking environments.
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in technical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance hands-on technical work with team coordination and service-delivery oversight.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical issues and customer communications.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, AD, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and MFA.
• Mentor team members, support onboarding, and enforce service standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third parties as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base content.
