Job summary

firstPRO US in Boston, MA is seeking a Technology Operations Lead for a hybrid role. You will own operational workflows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Salesforce, while coordinating with VIP IT and MSP to ensure timely responses and fixes.

You will maintain documentation, access records, and procedures to support growth, audits, and continuity in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technology operations, systems administration, or IT operations.
• 2+ years in a regulated enterprise environment with formal IT governance.
• Deep Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and Conditional Access; Intune/Autopilot for devices.

Responsibilities

• Own operational technology workflows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, and other firm systems.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with VIP IT and MSP, including ticket routing and escalation.
• Triages issues, engages VIP IT for resolution, and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Maintain clean system documentation, access records, and runbooks for growth and audits.
