Job summary

Flagler Technologies LLC in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking an IT Service Technician Tier 2 to join our hybrid MSP team. The role combines remote work with onsite support at our Boca Raton office and client locations, Mon-Fri 8am–5pm EST.

You will triage and resolve tickets across End User, network, and server issues, manage Active Directory and Office365, and mentor junior technicians to foster growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• For this role, you must have 4+ years of IT Systems Administration experience.
• You must show expertise with network troubleshooting, desktop support, server support, and Office365 and Entra support.
• IT degrees or certifications and MSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, resolve, and expedite tickets for clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot End User PC and peripheral issues, network issues, and server issues.
• Assist clients with Active Directory, Office365, and Entra requests.
• Collaborate with team leads and junior technicians to improve service outcomes.
• Support hybrid on-site and remote client engagements.
