Job summary

Tyson & Mendes is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide remote support to firm employees nationwide. The role covers troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, and network devices, with documentation of issues and timely resolution.

The position reports to the IT Supervisor and requires strong problem-solving, urgency, and clear communication to translate technical details for non-technical staff. Western Time shifts apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a service desk or help desk role.
• Associates’ degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows, MS 365, Exchange and Azure.
• Experience with ZenDesk or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities utilizing Microsoft Windows.
• Analyze and resolve network hardware and software failures.
• Manage network devices, DMS, WAN/LAN, and remote computing solutions.
• Translate technical terms to non-technical staff and users.
