Job summary

Hitachi Energy Korea Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose, resolve, and escalate as needed, while deploying and maintaining computer systems for new and existing employees.

The role emphasizes on-site work in a corporate environment, with proficiency in Windows/macOS, Office 365, and basic networking. You will train users, manage accounts, and support AV setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3+ years' onsite IT support experience preferred.
• Strong Windows/macOS knowledge and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Office 365 suite and basic networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems remotely or on-site as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset records and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user onboarding, password resets, and access permissions.
• Support AV equipment in meeting rooms and corporate facilities.
• Collaborate with IT infra and security teams on policies.
• Contribute to IT projects such as hardware rollouts and upgrades.
