Qualifications

• Five years of progressive tech support for Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for end-user technology support.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, 365 apps, and VDI in a remote setting.
• Manage licenses, access requests, and user provisioning per policy.
• Document issues and resolutions in the service management system.
