Job summary

SharpeVision MODERN LASIK & LENS seeks an experienced IT contractor to provide company-wide technology support for clinics across multiple states, with remote and on-site duties in Washington. You will manage EHR accounts, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain Google Suite and network infrastructure.

The role requires healthcare IT background, familiarity with EMA EHR, and coordination with vendors to resolve complex outages and support medical devices.

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT experience preferred with HIPAA awareness
• Hospital/clinic IT experience (2+ years)
• Experience with EMA EHR or similar systems is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripherals
• Provision and troubleshoot EMA EHR accounts and vendor integrations
• Maintain Google Suite email configuration, archiving, and data security
• Ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance across IT operations and PHI protection
• Maintain and upgrade clinic workstations, printers, routers, and imaging servers
• Assist with medical device setup, integration, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to resolve outages swiftly
