Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or desktop support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, chat, and service desk tickets.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Assist users with system installation, software configuration, and device setup.
• Identify and resolve OS-related problems on Windows and other platforms.
• Provide support for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 services.
• Create, manage, and prioritize service desk tickets with accurate records.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams and follow up until resolution.
• Assist with user account creation and password resets.
• Maintain technical documentation and support guides.
• Provide remote assistance and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
