Job summary

1Password LLC is seeking a curious and proactive intern to join our support operations. You will help review, route, and prioritize Freshservice tickets, keep queues healthy, and assist with reporting and SLA tasks. This remote-first internship spans Canada/US with learning opportunities and regular team events.

You will gain hands-on experience with modern support tooling and collaborative culture as you learn from experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• Curious, proactive intern able to learn quickly.
• Strong organization and clear communication in fast-paced support.
• Basic technical literacy and willingness to learn Freshservice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and route Freshservice tickets with complete information and correct prioritization.
• Keep queues healthy by spotting unassigned, aging, or duplicate tickets and following up.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks for team meetings and SLAs.
