Job summary

Venturi is seeking an IT Support Engineer (North America) for a fully remote role aligned to the East Coast or Central Time Zone. You will provide hands-on device support, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to broader infrastructure projects.

With 4+ years in desktop/user computing, Windows 10/11, macOS, Azure AD, MFA, and ServiceNow, you’ll resolve incidents, manage onboarding, and ensure service levels while delivering strong customer support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hands-on IT Support/Desktop Support/End User Computing
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience with Azure AD Entra and MFA
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• CompTIA A+ certification
• ServiceNow administration experience

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals and office technology
• Support collaboration tools, video conferencing platforms and AV equipment
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including device provisioning and access management
• Provide remote support across regions and business units
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint)
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives and rollouts
• Manage incidents via ITSM platform meeting SLAs
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
• Act as a trusted technology partner to stakeholders
