Proper AI is an IT-first accounting service supporting property managers and real estate operators. The IT Support & Logistics Specialist will handle device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and shipments for a globally distributed team.

The role combines IT support with logistics coordination and vendor communication. Strong English skills (B1+) and self-organization are essential for a fully remote position based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT support, IT operations, or help desk.
• Experience in tracking devices, peripherals, and returns.
• Experience preparing equipment for new joiners and recovering assets from departures.
• Ability to coordinate shipments with providers and vendors.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Google Workspace, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT onboarding for new employees, ensuring equipment is prepared and delivered on time.
• Configure and test devices per internal standards.
• Coordinate offboarding, including device return and shipping.
• Maintain inventories of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and accessories.
• Track equipment assignments, status, and lifecycle.
