Job summary

Interlaced is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the San Diego area to support our Fleet Team and clients with asset management, procurement, and IT hardware provisioning. You will handle device imaging and lifecycle data, manage shipping, tracking, and vendor communications, and coordinate domestic and international shipments while maintaining audit-ready records and SLA adherence.

The role is hybrid with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Technical skill-set and ability to work in diverse technical environments.
• Strong communication with clients from front desk to CEO.
• Hybrid role with 1 remote day/week and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate white-glove device provisioning and app installation.
• Maintain asset data across client fleets and inventory.
• Manage shipping/receiving of devices and hardware.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor communications.
• Support end users via Zoom, Slack, and email.
• Track asset lifecycle and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipment logistics and carrier compliance.
