Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Associates degree in a related technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of enterprise IT troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Exchange, Windows, and Office 365.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware/software support.
• Identify, diagnose, and service IT requests and incidents.
• Configure end-user hardware and software and peripherals.
• Maintain incident tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate with Information Services teams for solutions.
• Assist with IT asset inventory and vendor coordination.
• Support A/V and video conferencing setup as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations after hours and weekends.
