Job summary

FoodChain ID is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. This entry-level, part-time role (approximately 32 hours per week) is fully remote within the United States.

You'll be the first point of contact for employees, troubleshoot common IT issues, follow documented guides, manage tickets, and collaborate with the development team while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate with a tech-focused education.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues and follow guides.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple requests remotely.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees requesting IT support via the help desk.
• Troubleshoot/resolve password resets, login issues, connectivity, and basic app support.
• Follow documented guides and KBs to fix recurring issues.
• Document and manage tickets through resolution; escalate complex issues with clear notes.
• Contribute to improving internal docs and knowledge articles.
